Q1: Lead-time and Freight
A1: We only need 2-7 workdays for colors and sizes that we have in stock, and 10-30 workdays for custom reproduction orders based on your quantity and specifications. Q2: Can I pack according to my packaging requirements?

Q3: Terms of Payment
A3: We support multiple secure payment methods including T/T, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, RMB transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay. For mass production orders, 30% deposit will be required before production starts, and the remaining 70% balance shall be paid before we arrange the shipment of your order. Q4: Do I need to pay a high additional shipping fee?

Q6: What is the quality standard of your hotfix rhinestones?

Q7: Can I get free samples before placing a formal bulk order?

Q9: What if I receive defective or wrong products from my order?

We will confirm the issue within 48 hours, and arrange free replacement or full refund for the defective parts, all related logistics cost will be covered by us.

Q10: Are your rhinestone colors consistent across different batches?
A10: We strictly follow unified color calibration standards for all raw material batches. The core color of our rhinestones will keep 98% consistency across different production runs. For large orders that need to be produced in separate batches, we will reserve the same batch of raw crystal materials in advance to make sure there is no visible color difference between your first order and repeat follow-up orders.

Q11: What is the difference between hotfix rhinestones and non-hotfix rhinestones?
A11: Hotfix rhinestones come with a layer of hot melt glue pre-applied on the flat back, you can finish the adhesion quickly with a heat press machine or household iron, which is perfect for mass garment production. Non-hotfix rhinestones have no glue on the back, you need to use special rhinestone glue to set them manually, which is more suitable for high-end craft projects, jewelry making or designs that require extra strong fixation.

Q12: Do you support mixed SKU orders for small wholesale batches?
A12: Yes, we support mixed size and mixed color small wholesale orders for new boutique owners and small designers. You can combine different in-stock rhinestone sizes and colors in one single order, no need to meet a very high minimum order quantity for each separate SKU. It helps you test different products without tying up too much inventory capital.
